Your Authentic Vision Matters

Holding your life’s vision and living congruently with what feels MOST true and enlivening for you: this isn’t just worthwhile. It’s a necessity in this lifetime. It breathes aliveness, purpose, meaning and love into our whole being.

Keeping that vision alive, and gaining momentum toward your goals, requires inner resilience and the inner foundation to support your exploration, and that’s where Jess Lipman comes in. In this mindfulness meditation group session, you’ll learn a technique set to help you ground and easefully expand with greater confidence, courage, joy and play, so that you feel nourished and your vision can flourish.

Learn

In this session, Jess Lipman will teach you about the meditation technique, how to practice, and what to look out for. Her techniques are informed by meditative and psychological systems including Unified Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems Model and Idealized Parent-figure Protocol (attachment theory and meditative attachment repair).

Real-Time Guided Practice

Jess Lipman leads a live 20 minute guided meditation in the session to support you in experiencing the technique first-hand. By meditating in a community space, you have the opportunity to deepen your practice, benefit from accountability, and glean support from the people you’re sharing the space with.

Share | Q&A | Integrate

You’re invited to share reports, questions and insights after practice. This is an important part of a strong meditation practice, as you’ll be able to integrate your experience more fully, soak into the reward states of your practice, identify ways you can deepen your practice going forward, move beyond challenges with clarity, and glean inspiration and insight from others’ reports.

Session Format

About This Meditation Approach

Jess Lipman will first guide you in a cultivation practice called Mindful Resource, to settle the inner system and create the foundation for exploration. This is designed to help you access a felt sense of reassurance, self-validation, safety, security, unconditional support, acceptance and soothing.

She will then guide you in elevating your life’s vision, values and goal for this season, fully imagining it as if it’s already arrived. You’ll learn how to activate it vividly within your somatic landscape and whole sense experience, installing your desired outcomes and feeling states within, so that you’re primed to receive your goals fully and also move steadily toward them with courage.

If you’re ready to learn how to be more authentic, courageous, confident and take meaningful risks in your life, you’ll LOVE this technique set.

This meditation group is for you if

✔️ You want to tap into mindfulness meditation and daily life practices for greater wellbeing, insight, and resilience.

✔️ You sometimes find yourself tending to the needs of others MORE than your own. Maybe it’s hard to get out of this cycle and make more time for your passions, life’s vision and needs.

✔️ When you set goals or go after a vision in your personal life or career, you sometimes come up against fear, anxiety, imposter syndrome, or procrastination.

✔️  You want to feel more alignment, satisfaction, purpose and freedom in your life and career.

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Jess Lipman

I’m a Unified Mindfulness Certified Trainer and Coach, founder of The Mindful Nest, Mindful Business Coach, and editor-in-chief of Personalbrand.com.

I help people build the courage and inner resilience to do anything unapologetically. My approach is holistic, weaving together mindfulness with attachment theory, parts work and high performance. My goal is to help you develop inner resilience, safety, security and confidence, and explore what’s most meaningful and authentic in your life (without stalling out, freezing up or turning away).

I walk the talk. I have 15 years of mindfulness meditation experience and over 7 years working on my own attachment healing.

Not only that, for over 13 years, I’ve been working at the intersection of impact, personal development and digital marketing. I served as Managing Director for Brendon Burchard, the world’s leading High Performance Coach and NYT Bestselling author, as well as Creative Director for Jim Kwik, the world’s leading brain and memory coach and NYT Bestselling author.

I’ve worked with organizations including Wieden+Kennedy, High Performance Institute, Kwik Learning, Commune, Oprah Winfrey Network, Tony Horton, Success Magazine and more.

I’m excited to help you tap into your own flavor of authentic expansion, powered by mindfulness meditation.

I feel more clarity in my vision, confidence in my mental toughness, and confident on my journey.

“Jess's mindfulness and business coaching has been the biggest blessing for me in 2020. Beyond just teaching me the Unified Mindfulness System (which is awesome!), she genuinely cares about my personal and professional problems and how I can use mindfulness strategies to get me closer to my goals. I feel more clarity in my vision, confidence in my mental toughness, and confident on my journey. 100% recommend Jess to every dream chaser, entrepreneur, and big thinking out there trying to do big things. You're the best Jess!”
Timmy Bishop, Entrepreneur, Minneapolis, MN

“Jess makes me feel powerful, calm, and loved and inspires me to shine. These days, I’m making choices based on new revelations brought up during our coaching sessions and reflection, instead of fear.”

As someone with past trauma, the level of safety and curiosity I have been able to cultivate has been instrumental in my healing process. My work with Jess has allowed me to know myself better and I'm so grateful for it!

“Working with Jess both in virtual group meditations and one-on-one sessions has allowed me to finally commit to a regular meditation practice after years of trying to meditate. Our work together has allowed me to confront and clear my blocks around meditation. This may sound simple at first glance but it's actually quite profound - after years of avoiding certain thoughts and feelings I now feel comfortable sitting with it all. As someone with past trauma, the level of safety and curiosity I have been able to cultivate has been instrumental in my healing process. My work with Jess has allowed me to know myself better and I'm so grateful for it!

Furthermore, meditation no longer feels like a "should" but a "want" and I now look forward to my daily sit. I can’t speak highly enough of Unified Mindfulness (the system she works in) - it is approachable, dynamic and honestly quite fun!

If you find yourself with unhealed trauma, addiction issues, wanting to shift your attachment style, and/or hoping to get clearer on your goals and really commit to yourself, I highly recommend checking out Jess’s work and considering booking a one-on-one with her. I also find her weekly meditation groups to be deeply nourishing and a wonderful way to stay connected in this time of isolation. I feel so grateful for Jess and the work she is doing in the world!”

— Chelsea, Creative in Portland OR

“Jess’ impact on my life has been immense.

Before I met her, I was caught up in co-dependency, living in cyclical patterns and denying my own truth. Jess helped me to see all of this with deep compassion and patience. She held my hand as I struggled to break free of my patterning, and believed in and celebrated with me at every new step into freedom. I have a lot of respect for Jess’ knowledge and guidance.  She approaches situations with kindness and wisdom and really makes you feel like she’s on your team. If you need a compassionate guide to transition you into a better, more aligned life - she’s the one you want.”

FAQs

  • No need to have a meditation practice in order to attend and benefit from this workshop. Whether you're a seasoned mindfulness practitioner or brand new to mindfulness, this is for you.

  • Attachment theory is a psychological framework that makes sense of the ways in which you orient toward yourself and to the world (interpersonally). In theory, your attachment strategies as an adult may be determined by the way your caregivers (or important attachment figures) oriented toward you in early development. Attachment is adaptive and malleable. It can have a significant impact on our ability to be authentic with others, to go after our passions, to explore what’s most meaningful to us, to be willing to get our needs met in life, and to enjoy reciprocally meaningful relationships.

    I support clients in a two-fold way:

1.Psycho-education and self-mastery: Coming to understand the tenets of secure and non-secure attachment styles, so that they can move through the world with more awareness, compassion, and skillfulness.

    2. Attachment healing and being more secure: I offer a meditative and behavioral skills approach for the healing of one’s attachment strategies to ultimately develop earned security and expand one’s capacity to explore what’s most meaningful to them, and live a life of fulfillment, true belonging and emotional resilience.

  • Mindfulness is an awareness defined by the combination of attentional skills, unified: concentration, sensory clarity and equanimity.

Mindfulness is also a practice in building those 3 attentional skills.

I share with you how to apply mindfulness in all areas of your life for ultimate ease, clarity, creativity, and connection and secure attachment.

I work with a system called Unified Mindfulness, which is a science-inspired, secular mindfulness system designed by Shinzen Young that is designed to train your attention and cultivate deeper levels of happiness and clarity in all areas of one’s life. Whether you’re looking to increase productivity, access more joy and appreciation, elevate your concentration, or process emotions, this system can support you with your targeted goals. It’s modular and can be practiced while sitting, in motion, or during your daily activities.
