Hi, I’m Jess Lipman, your business doula.

I'm a Mindful Business Coach and Unified Mindfulness Certified Trainer on a mission to help healing arts and mindfulness practitioners end the burnout and make their impact sustainably. I offer a holistic approach, bringing together mindfulness for resilience as well as trauma-informed digital marketing systems.

For over 13 years, I've served in marketing and leadership roles for the best in the personal development industry.
