Thank you for being so generous with your time and energy. I can’t wait to hear about your experience in Navigating the Shift training series, and to guide you through a mindfulness coaching session (as my THANK YOU!!)
Get ready for some big clarity, strategies and a mindfulness game plan to support you in gaining momentum with your practice (while learning how to bring mindfulness into your daily life!)
Here’s what’s next for you to do!
1. Mark your calendar.
Make sure to add your session details to your calendar! You have a confirmation email in your inbox right now that includes the date, time, and video call link (a Zoom link) for your upcoming session. At the time of the call, please click the Zoom link to join. Always feel free to email me at jess@themindfulnest.co if you have any questions.
3. Review the
Navigating the Shift training materials.
One of the best ways to prepare for our session together is to go through the training materials in Navigating the Shift series. No need to complete every exercise or listen to every guided meditation. A skim of the materials is fine! Make sure to watch the videos in Part 3 and Part 5. If you have time, try one of the guided meditations I provided throughout this series! They’re available in Part 1 and Part 4.
2. Prepare for your session.
We’ll be doing a video call using a platform called Zoom. Please make sure to download Zoom to your computer/phone prior to our session. It should take about 15 minutes to install.
Please bring a notebook and pen (or your digital notetaking software!) and take notes during our session. If you didn’t get a chance to answer the questions in the Calendar scheduling app, no prob! You should have an email confirmation in your inbox with details about your upcoming Hybrid 1:1 Coaching + Feedback Session. In that email, you’ll find the questions that we’ll cover during our call. Please go ahead and email me the answers to those questions prior to our session at jess@themindfulnest.co. This will help us hit the ground running in your session, so that we have plenty of time to dive into your meditation practice, address your challenges + goals and do a customized guided meditation!
4. Be kind to yourself.
During our session, we may discuss topics that are hard for you to face. The challenges in our lives can sometimes make us feel sad, frustrated, angry… and that’s completely normal. I invite you to be kind and compassionate with yourself during this time, and to go only as deep as you feel called to! It’s normal to get emotional as we discuss these topics. I’m here to hold a supportive container for you, and provide you with mindfulness strategies and philosophy to support you in understanding, processing, and addressing the issues in your life across your relationship with yourself, your career, your family, your partnership, your passions, and your energy (health + exercise). Whatever arises, we’ll meet it with a kind, compassionate attitude.
