My personal journey

My first-hand pandemic experience in the Pacific Northwest (which inspired this entire training!!) My partner got REALLY ill for over 14 days straight, and I dropped everything to support him. It was so potent and impactful, that I needed to find a way to share it with you (and especially the insights gleaned from being steeped in fear, illness and challenge and how we got to the other side).

With crisis comes a NEW lens. In this series, I share with you the major perspective shifts I’ve undergone in the process of overcoming this type of crisis, the HUGE support we received from our people and sangha to get through, and the way mindfulness meditation helped us experience pain without suffering and ultimately GET THROUGH THIS.

 
 

Mindfulness Strategies for Shift and Crisis

A Set of Mindfulness Meditation strategies to support you throughout this HUGE cultural shift (and especially if you or your loved ones get sick). Major themes emerged for me, across the climate of my MIND (my inner dialogue), my relationships (and depth of connection), my endurance and perseverance. These activities are designed to help you stay accountable, develop clarity, and cultivate the practices + habits that will support you MOST during this big shift. From analyzing and shifting your inner dialogue to SUPPORT you (rather than hold you back) all the way to a tactical daily schedule that integrates mindfulness into your life.

I share what I think is philosophically and tactically required from us as we forge a new path post-pandemic. Thoughts on what’s possible for us NOW in the wake of this pandemic (and how we can get into action to create the world we WANT to live in).
