WHAT IS THE WEEKLY HOMECOMING?


In this weekly drop-in meditation space, Jess Lipman offers techniques and perspectives from a science-backed, research-based and secular system called Unified Mindfulness. This container is designed to help you feel more grounded, aware, emotionally resilient, aligned and ALIVE.

In this session, we'll be working with a Nurture Positivity technique to support you in feeling confident and at ease as you pursue that next big move in your life and business.

Are you looking to achieve a specific goal, complete a project, or step into a new phase of your business? But maybe you are feeling resistance, or blocked, or even anxious and fearful. It feels hard to get started. (Hi! I've been there.)

In each session, Jess Lipman will share philosophy and techniques from across different contemplative frameworks and practices, including Unified Mindfulness (a science-backed system by Shinzen Young), attachment repair using meditation, and more.
Topics can include:

Jess Lipman offers a live guided meditation in the session to support you in experientially tasting the techniques and topics discussed. By meditating in a community space, you have the opportunity to deepen your practice and glean support from the people you’re sharing the space with.

You’re welcome to share reports on what came up for you during the sit as well as report on how your practice is going overall. This is a space to ask questions about the technique or meditation in general, and receive spot support from Jess Lipman during the session. In my experience, hearing about other people’s meditation experiences as well as processing my own experiences with the support of a facilitator and community of meditators has been a powerful way to deepen my practice and access the road posts along the way on my path. I’m creating this space to support you in gaining similar results.

The Weekly Homecoming Facilitator

Jess Lipman is a Unified Mindfulness L2 Coach, and has been an avid practitioner for over 15 years. She helps trailblazers and impact makers mindfully follow their Hell Yes with a full heart and reverence for their whole selves (all while not burning out). Her teachers are Shinzen Young (Unified Mindfulness) and George Haas (Mettagroup).
