Recovery Dharma PDX presents
A Half Day Retreat
Co-facilitated by Jess Lipman + Jeremy Grey
Sunday, October 24th
10am-2:30pm PT
Cost: free
An immersive dose of contemplative daily life practices to support people in recovery from addiction.
Whether you're looking to navigate the inner critic, relieve anxiety, or expand your compassion and forgiveness for others (and yourself!), we have a meditation technique for you! We'll explore ways of practicing both “on the cushion” (formal practice), as well as a range of daily practice techniques that you can use while at work, exercising, or even while in conversation. In this retreat, we’re honing in on the most common challenges and phenomena that people in recovery navigate (both in early recovery as well as long-term recovery).
