ABOUT MINDFUL EXPANDERS

Mindful Expanders is a mindfulness practice group designed to keep your light BRIGHT. Led by Jess Lipman, Unified Mindfulness Certified Coach, you’ll practice mindfulness in a way that’s designed to build your inner resilience, unlock your flow and help you maintain enduring courage (so that you can steward your community, clients and mission forward without burning out or backing out). This is the impact blueprint for aligned expansion, through the portal of mindfulness meditation and daily life practices.

Session format includes:

  • Learn about the technique and how to practice

  • Formal Practice real-time with Jess Lipman’s guidance (20-30 min duration)

  • Open Sharing, Q&A and Integration (optional)
