About Co-Working
Want to get tons of content created (but have a hard time working solo)? The co-working space is designed to help you anchor your attention, and get your marketing and program development DONE in an immersive, supportive community space. Fellow coaches, healers and space holders all gather together in this potent space to flow into productive expansion. Your coach Jess Lipman and Team will provide a guided mindfulness meditation at the start of the session to anchor your vision and intentions, followed by suggested prompts to get your creative juices flowing. Then, we create!

TODAY’S SESSION TOPIC | EXPAND YOUR VISION
First, we ground and emotionally regulate, preparing the inner foundation to make way for the creative spark, the vision, and the dream outcome to take up space and expand into form.
Then, we dream. I’ll guide you in a process of mindfulness marinating on your vision for your impact this season, somatically expanding it across all your sense gates. This helps to familiarize, sensitize and normalize your vision, while also activating the somatic ideal states associated with this vision (joy, satisfaction, gratitude, confidence, courage, inspiration, connection, etc).
The combination of Nurture positive techniques supports with cultivating inner sense experiences that help take passing states to lasting traits, and that enable you to steadily live from and embody your values and vision in the material world courageously. This is designed to help you clarify that vision internally, and then take courageous steps in your life and business to cultivate that vision and hit those goals.

TODAY’S SESSION TOPIC: Anchor in the Now
In this session, we'll practice an Appreciate mindfulness meditation technique (within the Unified Mindfulness system). This is what we oftentimes traditionally refer to when we talk about mindfulness. We will anchor in the sense categories of See (visuals), Hear (auditory), and Feel (body, somatic, emotions).
This practice is great for
Detangling sense experiences (which leads to decreasing overwhelm!)
Elevating concentration, sensory clarity and equanimity (more capacity to hold more with balance)

About Mindful Impact Group Trainings
This is a 90 minute virtual live monthly business workshop led by Jess Lipman every month, including teaching/training, reflection, accountability, sharing and Q&A / spot coaching. The main centerpiece of this training is education on a strategy, workflow or business approach.
We dive into topics across launch models, brand identity, email marketing, social media strategies, and more. Replays included for up to 60 days after the live session for all active members. Mindful Resource / Vision Clarity
We'll dive into a psycho-biological perspective on the Nurture Positive approach to mindfulness, and root into the mechanisms that enable long-lasting behavior change and mind state change. This includes a two-part mindfulness approach, wherein you activate your inner senses to root into a felt sense of feeling safe, have space to emotionally regulate and access a sense of grounding. The second part includes an envisioning clarity process. The combination of Nurture positive techniques supports with cultivating inner sense experiences that help take passing states to lasting traits, and that enable you to steadily live from and embody your values and vision in the material world courageously.
