Topic: Mindfully work with inner parts and develop Self-leadership
In this session, I'll guide you through a meditation to compassionately attune to a part of yourself, so that you can understand yourself more fully, understand what motivates you, and also understand the greater impact of this part on your life and goals. You'll also have space to reflect on how this part may be transmuted and integrated, going forward, in support of your highest vision for your life today.
This is a great way to upend habits, and develop new ways of being in the world. This is also a great meditative way to adopt new beliefs and retire expired beliefs that might be holding you back.
