TODAY’S SESSION TOPIC | Be Spontaneous and Unapologetically Authentic
Develop your spontaneity muscle, so that you can tap more into your self-trust, courage, sense of play, and inner curiosity. We’ll practice mindfulness techniques to nurture your motor expression and elevate your spontaneity skills. You can practice this style of mindfulness in motion, while dancing, while walking or exercising, while speaking and more. It’s highly versatile and is known to activate the Wisdom Function (deep insight) and bounce.
