Mindfully Relieve Anxiety + Stress
I’ll guide you in a process of mindfully attuning to inner challenging emotions / sensations, while also inviting them to transmute and evolve, dissolve and dissipate. This is great to practice if you find that fear, anxiety, or stress arises while you are doing your impact work. These are opportunities to practice mindfulness, build our core attentional skills, and purify all that is ready to be purified within.
ABOUT MINDFUL EXPANDERS
Mindful Expanders is a mindfulness practice group designed to keep your light BRIGHT. Led by Jess Lipman, Unified Mindfulness Certified Coach, you’ll practice mindfulness in a way that’s designed to build your inner resilience, unlock your flow and help you maintain enduring courage (so that you can steward your community, clients and mission forward without burning out or backing out). This is the impact blueprint for aligned expansion, through the portal of mindfulness meditation and daily life practices.
