TODAY’S SESSION: Mindfully Self-Soothe and Expand

We can go through our lives feeling debilitating self-doubt, imposter syndrome, anxiety and limiting beliefs that cause resistance and atrophy of fully potential. By imaging yourself receiving the 5 tenets of secure attachment, you can expand inner working model of thinking to allow you to be more courageous, confident, and tap into an abiding worthiness. This is great for developing earned secure attachment within, accentuating qualities of reassurance, self-validation, unconditional support, acceptance and soothing. If you want to make space for authentic exploration and to take meaningful risks, you’ll LOVE this technique.
