TODAY’S SESSION TOPIC: Anchor in the Now
In this session, we'll practice an Appreciate mindfulness meditation technique (within the Unified Mindfulness system). This is what we oftentimes traditionally refer to when we talk about mindfulness. We will anchor in the sense categories of See (visuals), Hear (auditory), and Feel (body, somatic, emotions).
This practice is great for
Detangling sense experiences (which leads to decreasing overwhelm!)
Elevating concentration, sensory clarity and equanimity (more capacity to hold more with balance)
Being more present (when we can focus more on the present, we can connect better with our clients, create better work, and enjoy the journey)
